Held concurrently for those athletes who want to dance their way into the weekend! Fast-paced, high energy, and so much fun you won’t know you’re exercising! You have never had this much fun dancing and moving before with our amazing Latin dance fitness instructors!

Hybrid Full Body Workout

Pods of cardio movements, body weight movements and the addition of dumbbells to add time under tension to your cardio, abs and static movements.

Hybrid Circuits

A fun circuit workout with ropes, balls, kettlebells and more. Interval style or our team competition style with burpee points, plank-offs, and fun challenges.
