Meet Kristen Smith
I have a passion for movement, community, and the beach. These workouts combine all of those elements into an experience that lights me up and gives me more than I could ever get in return.
I spent my life morbidly obese and sedentary until age 25 when I decided I wanted to action-verb-LIVE my life and started to make changes. Over the years, as I have lost weight and reclaimed my life, I have found fitness to be an integral part of my health journey and now my lifestyle.
I am a nutritionist, personal trainer and mindset coach and leading group fitness classes is my favorite way to bring people together for the joy of movement. This beach is ours to enjoy, grow and work together and I love welcoming all people to move with us! Group fitness inspires community and teamwork and has made working out a fun part of my life, not a chore. My goal is to create an experience that challenges every person to push past their own ideas of their abilities and yet have so much fun they can not wait to return.
