Our community is strong off the beach and on the beach! We offer a community membership which grants you access to our social events, nutrition seminars and special events.
Our membership is $120 per month and you can join HERE!
Want to Give Back? We appreciate it!
We offer our workouts free to anyone who shows up to the beach! But we do incur expenses by providing certified coaches, workout gear and all of the behind the scenes organization of the business.
Please consider a donation to offset our costs.
$20 per class or $35 for a week of classes is our suggestion.
Any amount is welcomed and goes to continue the work that we do!
